Since 2018, the city of Paris and the Paris2Connect consortium, supported by SmartUse, have been testing a #connected #urban #infrastructure designed to meet the challenges of #sustainablecities,
On 1 June, in front of Austerlitz station, the #Paris2Connect consortium presented new use cases.
This was an opportunity to demonstrate them to the elected representatives of the City of Paris, Penelope Komites-Valadares and Jérôme Coumet.

These use cases include the analysis of the trajectories of various objects moving on the road and the generation of an alert in the event of danger sent to vehicles and to pedestrians’ smartphones. This solution, developed with Orange and Kawantech, aims to improve safety and traffic conditions for all road users – pedestrians, cyclists and vehicles.
